US Capitol Building Tour

This was a public tour of the US Capitol I did last month. Make sure you reserve a spot ahead of time, as they fill up quickly, especially during peak travel season. You get to see the rotunda (which is breathtaking), the old Senate chamber, the old Supreme Court, the Crypt and Statuary Hall.

Note: Both the House and Senate chambers are not part of any tour. You can still visit both chambers by obtaining a House and Senate gallery pass from your local Senator and/or Representative's office, which are free and easy to get. You need a separate pass for each chamber. I was able to do both, and for me personally, that was the highlight of my Capitol visit. Unfortunately, no electronic devices are allowed inside the chambers, so no video of it here.
