I am starting this youtube journey to reach as many women as possible with my story to hopefully inspire, motivate and educate. This is a long video but it is so meaningful to me. I have been through a lot on my health journey and have learned so much along the way.

Everyone has a story and mine truly shaped me into who I am today. I am grateful for my struggles. I highly encourage you to get help if you are struggling with any eating disorder or form of depression. I am open for any questions, advice or simply just someone to talk to.
