Welcome to the 45 minute gentle full body yoga flow. Part 27 of the Refresh & Restore Series of classes. These practices are designed to offer a light movement refresher without too much over-effort. This particular practice is intentionally unhurried to support nervous system regulation, inner resilience and a sense of spacious calm encouraging an introspective and grounded experience rather than intensity. This class may be supportive if you’re feeling mentally or emotionally fatigued, overwhelmed or overstimulated and you feel drawn to a gentle, mindful practice with rest woven throughout.
