Vidushi Sardarbai Karadgekar sings a khayal in Raag Puriya- Sapne me aaye!

Sardarbai was a disciple of Ustad Natthan Khan( Nephew of Alladiya Khan sahab) and Pandit Nivruttibua Sarnaik. My Guruji, Prof. Sulabha tai Pishawikar learnt from her. Sadly very few recording of this talented but yet underarted musician are available, but as per what my guruji tells me, She had an amazing command on Taankari and her taan was a unique feature of her gaykee. She often performed on AIR and had given Public Performances all the way up to Peshawar.
