First leg of our trip to Paeroa in the North Island to visit Ange's dad. There was an earthquake in the Cook Straight 5.8 and 30kms deep. Recorded as strong. No recorded damage so that was good.
We were in Picton for one night only, then caught the Interislander Ferry to Wellington. Then continued the next leg of our trip to Sue's sisters.
