All US and Non-US USAID partners must comply with the Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200.400) Cost Principles. To charge any project or program costs to the USG and USAID, all costs must be: Reasonable; Allocable; Allowable and Supported/Documented. This webinar will clearly define how to comply with the rules and regulations for charging and recovering program/project costs from USAID. There will be extra emphasis on understanding expense Allocability, as per 2 CFR 200.405(a), as many LIPs do not understand which costs may be recoverable from USAID.
