This video was captured one year after the band disbanded in 1982 and reunited for one show only at the Nookenburra Hotel known as the Overflow. It was a Wednesday night, 13th of April 1983 with a record crowd of up to approximately 1400 people. As seen in the video the crowd never left the dance floor.

Hooker was originally formed in Perth 1979. This 5 piece band forged an enviable reputation for their dynamic, engaging and entertaining stage performances, quickly becoming one of Perth’s biggest crowd pulling acts. There are elements of techno-rock with keyboard player Rob Galli exploring new sounds from a four keyboards / synth set–up. Gary Dunn provided a unique guitar sound and effects which augmented the signature sound. The rhythm section is driven by bassist Phil Foord and drummer Sam Marchello, who provided a solid foundation to this unit.
