Narendra Modi, after formally being declared the leader of the National Democratic Alliance, addressed the newly-elected Members of Parliament. PM Modi touched upon multiple issues, including his vision for the next five years, as well as the attitude which helped the Bharatiya Janata Party retain power with even greater majority. The Prime Minister also advised first-time MPs on how to avoid controversies and exploitation. Modi also sought to allay fears of certain groups by claiming that minorities had been misled for decades in India, and his party aimed to demolish that farce.
