I have an old 2019 used Dell Latitude Chromebook.
I purchased it off of ebay for around $75.
As a chromebook.. it's pretty nice.

1. I can surf and stream the internet just fine.
2. It has google apps like docs, photos.. etc.. so most basic office needs are met.
3. The chromebook includes playstore, so I can play alot of apps and games. But because the graphics is internal intel chip.. the performance is just basic.
4. I did run passmark test.. the results were not great:
Wildlife score of 920. FPS 5.51

Overall.. hopefully this short video gives you an impression of the performance on the chromebook.

RAM: 16gb
Storage: 256gb NVME
