This is part 13 of a series about an early 1961 Wheel Horse model 401 lawn and garden tractor. In this video I clean the choke cable, install a new drive belt, and clean and install the belt guard. I also talk about what I look for to get the belt clutch working properly.
The plan was to take this tractor apart, clean it and put it back together, fixing what's wrong along the way.
