Eating food is one of Basic human necessity because foods give us energy and above all sense of satiety.
But there are 5 such things which better we avoid right after food because these not only are not goid but can be harmful sometimes and these are following.
1=Avoid Lying down or Sleeping Roght After Eating Your Meals.
It's because of 2 reasons.Firstly from food pipe all the way down to last part of our small gut food travels with help of gravity and peristaltic movements of gut muscles and once we lie down right after eating we negate the gravity effect.Secondly Lying down can make the all important stomach acid and gastric juices to reverse move to your food pipe rather than going forward and that cause painful heartburn.
2=Avoid Exercise Right After Eating Meals.
Because this act can misdirect your blood more towards your muscles and less towards your gastrointestinal system where its needed the most after you had finished your meals.
3=Avoid Tea Right After Eating Meal.
Tea both green and black contains Tannins which can bind to iron,Calcium and zinc and can hamper its absorption and that result in problems like anaemia leading to weakness, exhaustion,pale skin and irritability.
4=Avoid Drinking Water Right After Meals.
If we drink water right after Meals it will decrease all important stomach acidity which is needed to breakdown foods.
5=Avoid Fruits Right After Meals.
Fruits Are as important as food itself and our body has to work hard to digest them but if we eat fruits shortly after food eating that can put extra burden on our system and will hamper the food and fruit digestion.
