As I say in the video... I'm 35 now and I've never been a fan of hair anyway. This has all been for fun and hopefully some of you learned from my journey and documentation... actually, I know for a fact some of you were heavily influenced to start trying treatments because of me so that's awesome.

Here is the wrap-up video of the shortest trial of something ever hahahaha. But my gyno stopped being super crazy (though permanent damage has been done) after I stopped taking finasteride for a few weeks and then I tried topical dutasteride to see if it would go systemic because everyone says it shouldn't.... but as soon as I started I could feel my nipples going weird again and that wasn't a coincidence. It went systemic.

I'm not saying it will go systemic to the same degree in everyone as I know we are all very different genetically but trust me that in MY OWN CASE it went systemic. As Derek from MPMD would say - "Take from that what you will".

Here's a breakdown of my hair journey:

May 2019 - Santinique hair tonic begins.
June 2019 - LLLT begins. Massage begins. Beard oil on scalp begins.
January 2020 - Minox begins
Mid-Jan 2020 - DHT blocking shampoo begins
Beginning Feb 2020 - Stopped Creatine
Beginning Mar 2020 - Peppermint Oil
Beginning April 2020 - Dermaroller
May 4th 2020 - Started Finasteride 1mg M/W/F
May 15th 2020 or so - Changed Finasteride to 0.5mg M/T/W/T/F
May 23rd 2020 or so - stopped Finasteride
June 10th 2020 - started M/W/F topical finasteride 0.5mg in minox.
June 13th or so 2020 - started taking Nolva 20mg/day 7/wk
June 18th 2020 - moved 0.5mg topical fin w/ minox to M/W/T/F
July 7th 2020 - moved to 0.25mg topical fin w/ minox 7days/wk
July 15th 2020 - noticed a thinning of my beard to the touch… damn.
Oct 15th 2020 - (or so…) stopped Nolvadex.
Mar 15th 2021 - (or so…) started 0.5mg fin orally eod.
April 2021 - (somewhere in this month) upped to 0.5mg M-F for 2.5mg weekly total.
May 23rd 2021 - back down a bit to 0.5mg fin 4x/wk due to right nip getting sore.
July 15th, 2021 - stopped finasteride due to gyno huge issue and confirmed tissue growth in MRIs, Mommograms, Ultrasounds.
Aug 21st, 2021 - started 0.025% topical dutasteride 1ml daily.
Aug 22nd, 2021 - used the topical dutasteride again.
Aug 23rd, 2021 - took a day off of dutasteride to see if the gyno flareup would stop.
Aug 24th, 2021 - still flaring up so I didn’t take dutasteride again.
Aug 25th, 2021 - still flaring up… I realize it’s the dutasteride having gone systemic so I never took another dose.
