A healthy set of personal standards and integrity are more important than you realise🤔

Because no matter what anybody else thinks of you and no matter how anybody else perceives you, YOU can hold your head up high and sleep in peace at the end of the day knowing you are worthy.

One of the reasons educated wealthy people continue to be wealthy and educated through the generations is because they are conditioned to have a set of high personal standards, these standards reflect in all they do.

How you do anything is how you do everything!

Think about it if one person has a standard of always giving their all and being early for work and another has a standard of I’ll get there when I get there who do you think will glide up through the ranks in their work place?

If one person has a personal standard of I must go to the gym at least 3 times per week and another has no personal standards for there body, who is more likely to have a healthier body?
.
If you wasn’t installed with world class standards as a child well then yes that’s not the best start, but you have the power to replace, upgrade and install any standards you want!

I am from a working class family and I missed out on the chin up, back straight, shoulders back self confidence that all highly educated and honourable people have but that wasn’t my parents fault they did the best they knew how, it’s now up to me to be the person I wish to be, I’ll take responsibility from here 👊🏻

Personal standards usually have a direct link with your level of self worth, the more you love and value yourself the higher your personal standards, implementing new standards and disciplining yourself to keeping them will help your sense of self worth and make the standards easier to keep! It will become a self fulfilling circle ⭕️
If you have low self worth or low standards then start Gradually, if you set the bar too high you may fail and that will reinforce why you think there’s no point in doing it and essentially push you down further.
