The Captains (1931)

Описание к видео The Captains (1931)

Presumably filmed in Pathe Studios, London.

Three men sit round a table drinking tea. We are introduced to them by a man standing behind.

On the left is Tom Glidden, Captain of West Bromwich Albion. Then Referee Mr Arthur King-Scott. On the right is Ned Barkus (sp?), Captain of Birmingham City. WBA had beaten Birmingham in that year's FA Cup final football match.

The three men chat over (rather formally) the way the match was played.

MS of the two captains wishing each other all the best.
