This video presents a fully automatic packaging line designed for snack products like sachima. The process starts with a vertical carton erector that automatically forms cartons. The formed cartons are then conveyed to the pick and place case packing station.

Sachima bags are neatly arranged and conveyed in order. A pick and place case packer with suction cup grippers packs four cases at a time into the cartons. Once packed, the cartons are sent to the sealing unit.

At the sealing station, the top flaps of the cartons are automatically folded and sealed. The entire line runs with stable performance and high efficiency, making it suitable for bagged snack products such as sachima and puffed foods.
