On Sunday 6th November 2017, Belfast Temple Band of The Salvation Army held their 'open band' Gospel Concert. This was an hour long concert which showcased the work that was done in one practice in September and one practice in October where former members of the band and new faces were invited to join in in music making and fellowship with the established band. This is a new venture for BTB and something that is being encouraged within our church. The combined band had forces of over 40 members, which was delightful to see. Under the baton of Bandsman David Catherwood, the band worked for a combined 4 hours over the 2 months to produce this programme which included pieces;
