Another unplanned video of a net I joined on FRN ( Free Radio Network).
Here, I show the Sepura SRH3800, Motorola MTP850, F22 and Tesunho TH580 handhelds, followed by the SRG series gateway / repeater and the Motorola MTM800 gateway / node.
The interface is a homebrew affair that isn't a million miles away from the Voxlink interface I intend to manufacture for sale.
The one in the video has a single USB connection to the computer and a single lead to the accessory connector on the MTM800.
It also has COM port keying and VOX, and automatically switches between them.
The soundcard is within the interface.
All trimpots are internal, as once tuned, they rarely require adjustment. All volume adjustments can be done with the soundcard.
