All while empowering young aspiring chefs to create and compete in a tremendously difficult market that was previously only available to corporations, and those with tremendous money for start up.

This could create tremendous positive change not just for service industry workers , but also for us the customer; making the landscape of food options in our cities more delicious, unique and soulful!!
