Hello Friends,
Snacks recipes, especially evening snacks recipes are favourite for most of us. Evening tea without any snacks are unimaginable. I prefer easy and delicious snacks to savour along with tea or coffee. Moreover snacks recipes must be simple to make with handy ingredients. Here I am with a Kerala snack named 'Loveletter' or 'Maida Dosa'. Its made in two steps,, firstly mixing coconut grated with sugar in a bowl,cardamom powder can be added for a flavour and secondly, make the batter for maida dosa and get them done on a pan, and finally placing half of the maida dosa with the coconut-sugar mix and fold it in in half.. READY TO BE SERVED!
