So, if your Teckin Smart plug/socket isn't connected to Wi-Fi, I've demonstrated how to troubleshoot it and get your smart plug to reconnect to Wi-Fi.

The tips in this video include setting up one smart plug at a time—make sure you unplug other Teckin Smart plugs, especially if they're in pairing mode, as this can cause pairing issues.

Also, turn on your phone's Bluetooth and ensure that you're connected to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. The 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported. And make sure you're using the Smart Life app for the setup.
