Here are some of my favorites beyond the popular Manhattan and Negroni. From sweet to sour, strong to session-able -each drink calls for a different base spirit. THE QUEEN'S PARK HOTEL SUPER COCKTAIL RECIPE 3:22
1.5 oz. (45 ml) Angostura 1919 Rum
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Cocchi Vermouth di Torino

1/2 oz. (15 ml) fresh lime juice
4 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters (2 dashes from a larger bottle)

2 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters No. 6
Expressed orange oil
