Lucy's POV

"Yea, I'll talk to you after homeroom." I said as Jess waved and ran off to her next class.
I started walking to homeroom and seen the news on the tv at the end of the hall. I walked closer to hear them talking about Brett's murder. They have no leads on what kind of animal did it since wolves don't leave around here. It hurts a little to think of him dead but then I think of the real person her was and how evil he was inside. I think what really hurts are finding out how little I really knew him, if I knew anything at all.

Cameron and I have been dating the last three months. I think we have gotten closer since we started dating and I didn't think that was possible for us.
We also told his band and Jess what he was and they surprisingly took it almost as good as me and Michael a little better, I believe his words were, "That is so swaggy dude! Do you think you could change me?" of course Cameron didn't once he explained how painful it is.
Cameron also told his dad but left his sister out of it. he was afraid of scaring her he said although I think it was just he was afraid she would tell her friends and then word would be out.
Cameron is getting a hang on the changing thing though. One good thing is it only happened once a month and he is a little sore two to three days before that. He has changed fully three times now and is starting to control it. He had learnt to stay as calm as possible and he changes back to human form faster.

"Hey, Lu." Cameron came up from behind me and scared me. I turned in his arms and kissed him.
"Hey."
"You wanna see a movie tonight?"
"Wanna double with Jess and Mikey? I kind of promised her she and I would hang out later."
"Sure, but after we ditch them because tonight I want you to myself." He smiled a seductive smile and winked at me. I nodded an agreement and he kissed me again.
I always wanted him to be my prince and in the end I got a happily ever after.

Beauty and the Beast always was my favorite fairy tale.
