I personally do not agree with intepretation of Malay under Article 160 because it shall be everyone freedom of religion and freedom of expression to live their life how they wanted, as long as within the boundary of law. however, it has become an instrument to coerce people to convert into Islam and acting as a disguise under Malay race to deprive Malay and other ethnics freedom of religion.

Malay, a sub-ethnic of Austronesian, is not automatically recognize as Malay race in Malaya and Sabah because under Article 160 of Malaysia Constitution, Malay race is interpreted as those who professes the religion of Islam, habitually speak Malay and conforms to Malay custom, regardless of ethnicity background. only Sarawak Malay is accorded with special position of Article 153 because they are considered as one of the natives of Sarawak under Article 161A.

Since most of the Malay adopt Arabic name and patronymic naming structure instead of Malay traditional name, they failed to comply with all the criteria in Article 160 thus not consider as Malay and shall not be accorded with the special position under Article 153. as a result, Malaysia government has been acted unconstitutionally by ignoring the other two criteria and spent in favour of Malay ethnic instead of Malay race, unproportionately.

There's no reason for Malay to claim supremacy and literally looting wealth of the country but using government as laundry machine to direct transfer revenue collected for a particular family and race. the Bumiputra shareholding is an example of how the Malay abuse government authority for their personal gain.

The word Bumiputra is not nowhere found in the Constitution or any law in the country thus no law empower the allocation from public fund. what Malaysia government doing is violation of Constitution. NEP is definitely beyond the purview of Article 153.

Aborigines or Orang Asal (Negritos&Semang)live in Malaya more than 65,000 years ago, they are the first settler of the land but are not access to the special position. Even the Proto-Malay that sharing the same ancestry with Deutero-Malay are not accorded with the special position. Thus, the special position is not predicated by early status reside in the land but profess the religion of Islam. It is a form of Islamization cladistinely yet aggressively infiltrate the society and displacing local culture.

Islamic teaching is based on Qur'an and Hadith which contain over hundreds of violence verses that obligate Muslim to kill non-muslim.
