KOLUKKUMALAI CAMPING PACKAGE DETAILS
PRICE DETAILS:
ADULTS
Cube - 2700/- per head
Tent - 2200/- per head
KIDS
Age 6 to 10
Cube - 1350/- per head
Tent - 1050/- per head
Age above 11 considered as Adults

ITINERARY
• Guest are allowed to check in at 2:00. Tents / Cube will be provided for refreshments ◦ Guests will be taken for waterfalls hiking with the guide at 2:30
• On 4:30 Black tea and biscuits will be provided
• Guests will be taken for sunset hiking with the guide at 5:00 (regarding the weather conditions)
• Campfire and DJ system starts at 7:30 and will be closed at 10:00
• Dinner time is 8:30 to 9:30. Kitchen will be closed at 9:30 (chapathi , rice , chicken curry, panner butter masala, 2 BBQ)
• Guest should wake up and get ready by 4:30 for the Kolukumalai sunrise. Jeeps will leave by 5:00. In case if the guest miss out the first, the second trip will be arranged under the charge of guest
• Breakfast time is 8:30 to 9:30 ( idly, dosa , sambar , chutney ) ◦ Guests are requested to check out by 10:30

RULES TO BE FOLLOWED
• Liquor and smoking is prohibited in restaurant and public area ◦ Trekking is only allowed under the surveillance of the guide
• Timings should be followed as per the schedule. Incase if you miss out a activity we can’t be able to arrange activities again
• 2pm is the check in time and 10:30am is mandatory check out time
• Plates, jugs, glasses, bowl, table and chair are not allowed to the tent premises
• Glasses for drinking alcohol will not be provided
• Toiletries will not be provided

CANCELATION POLICY
Greater than 10 days: 90%Refund
Within 5 - 10 days: 50% Refund
Less than 5 days: No Refund
Note
Refund processing will take 1 week time and will be done through Bank transfer only
