Convert Excel to PDF (All sheets, only specified number of pages, Selections, Table)
One. Convert Excel to PDF (only convert one sheet)
1. Use Excel to open the document you want to converte, select "File", click "Export" on the left in the window that opens, select "Create PDF/XPS Document" under "Export", click "Create PDF/XPS", open the "Publish as PDF or XPS" window, select the folder for saving the published PDF file, such as PDF (that is, F:\PDF), click "Publish" in the lower right corner of the window, and send it successfully and automatically open the PDF with the browser after a while.
2. Note: The time required to convert Excel to pdf depends on the size of the document, the larger the document, the longer it takes, and vice versa. The currently published Excel document is "Closthing 9-10 salse", it has multiple worksheets, but the default is only to publish one worksheet (that is, only publish the active worksheet, that is, the currently displayed worksheet), because there are few table records in it, so it is published at once. In addition, after successful publishing, whether it can be automatically opened depends on whether to check the "Open the file after publishing" and whether software that can open PDF files is installed on the computer; If it is checked first and installed, it can be turned on automatically, otherwise it cannot be.
Two. Convert All sheets to PDF
1. Use the shortcut keys Alt + F + E + A to open the "Publish as PDF or XPS" window. Press and hold Alt, pressing F, E and A once, open the "Publish to PDF or XPS" window, select the folder where the published as PDF is saved (for example, pdf), add 1 behind the file name "Closthing 9-10 salse" to distinguish the last published file; Click the "Options" button, open the "Options" window, select "Entire Workbook" under "Publish what", click "OK", and then click Publish, then publishing begins, and after a while, all workbooks in the document are published as PDF and open automatically.
2. Note: After converting to PDF, some tables have breakage, they break because they exceed the width of one page, so it is best to check if the table exceeds the page size before converting to PDF, here's how:
Select the "View" tab, click "Page Layout", and the part of the table that exceeds one page is divided into the next page.
Three. Parameter analysis for Excel convert to pdf

Note: If you specify more pages than the last page of the document, Excel automatically publishes to the last page.
