In this video, I have summarized the A360 Bot editor crashing issue, the possible workaround, and the fix. The solution has also been rolled out for both Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge browsers.

🎫WORKAROUND:
• To regain access to the Control Room UI, refresh your browser.
• Navigate to the desired dropdown using keystrokes (TAB, SHIFT-TAB) without clicking on the problematic dropdown.
• Then, utilize the UP-DOWN arrows to make your selection.

✅SOLUTION:
Microsoft Edge: The Chromium team has merged the fixes into Microsoft Edge version 124.0.2478.67 and has begun the patch release rollout. The rollout may occur over several days, but please work with your IT team to push this update if required.

Google Chrome: The Chromium team has merged the fixes into Google Chrome Version 124.0.6367.91/92 and has begun the patch release rollout. The rollout may occur over several days, but please work with your IT team to push this update if required.
