Hi! The second half of the homestead missions.

This is the only way to level up the artisans.

Homestead missions start in Sequence 5. There are some dependencies, so for example, you can't do "The Wedding" until you've unlocked Norris and Myriam and the Preacher, and there are only a certain amount per sequence, so if you've got no more homestead missions available, advance the storyline. And check part 1 (see above). That's where it starts.

Remember to always sell furs on the land convoy. I've unlocked the 2 forts in Boston to reduce taxes and risk.

Intro: 0:00
Get me a Doctor (0:20)
Advances Lyle (doctor) to level 2
Unlocks new poisons and medicines for trading.

Norris tries again (1:01)
Advances Norris
Unlocks Sulfur and Lead Ore

Bowl's Beginners (1:45)
Lumberer upgrade.
Unlocks Rosewood.used in Dual Holsters.

Tools of the Trade (2:00)
Advances Lance to level 2.
Unlocks Naval Convoy. Personally I think this is over-rated, because even though they sell for more, they take twice as long, and you need to do naval missions to make them worthwhile.

Raw Materials (and attacking a land convoy) (2:56)
Upgrades Norris the miner.
Unlocks Silver Ore and Gold Ore

The Deserter [Frontier] (3:44)
Unlocks Big Dave
Big Dave is required for many special items (specifically, weapons).

Proper Tools (4:40)
Upgrades Big Dave to level 2
Can craft bigger and better items

Fool me once (5:48)
Hunter upgrade
Myriam now sells Bear and Wolf pelts. Bear pelts are the best pelts in the game.

The Final Straw (6:22)
Ellen upgrade to level 3
Unlocks even more item pouches (ammo, snares, etc).

The Wedding (6:55)
Upgrades the Father Timothy
Improves moral guidance for townsfolk (!) and you get a pretty flag.

Manor Mysteries (7:36)
Rescue a painting from New York for Achilles

An Eye for Trouble (8:15)
Upgrades Big Dave to level 3.


Thousand Pound Idea (8:36)
Upgrades Lance to Level 3
Despite talking about a folding chair, I never saw the option to build it. But, it will still let you build some advanced materials.

The Comeback (9:29)
Upgrades Big Dave to level 4.
Can craft advanced special weapons and Saddlebags. Which are awesome. You get saddlebags through the uplay store. They're free - you just need to sign up.

Upgrades Doctor to level 3
He can create better poisons and medicine.

Upgrades Doctor to level 4.
He can create better poisons and medicine.
