Hey everyone. Today I want to talk to you about the importance of obtaining prior criminal records for an injured victim's negligent security claim against a property owner, or manager of a convenience store or gas station. If you see my earlier videos, one of the critical things the injured victim needs to show is that the property owner and manager had notice of prior crimes that took place at their convenience store or gas station before the incident involving the injured victim.
