About:
Voted best DJ in 2012 by the esteemed site Resident Advisor and in 2013 by Mixmag magazine, which he has already appeared on the cover of several times, Seth Troxler has established himself as a key figure on the electronic scene.

Born in 1986 in Kalamazoo (Michigan) into a family of cowboys and Baptist preachers, Seth was fed up with house music from an early age and moved to the suburbs of Detroit, the legendary birthplace of techno, at the age 13. His stepfather taught him the basics of DJing which he later refined behind the counter of the city’s legendary record store, Melodies & Memories.

Precocious and hyperactive, Seth Troxler left the USA to find his way in Berlin, where minimal techno was in full swing, and found himself behind the decks of the famous Panorama Bar when he was barely of legal age to enter!

A first EP followed in 2006 and then a few years in London where he found the time to open Smokey Tails, a restaurant which would experience the same success as his career as a DJ. Music, cooking, but also contemporary art: his Lost Souls of Saturn project with Phil Moffa mixes futuristic electronics, art, and technology with augmented reality experiences. “This idea of creation is really the essence of life,” he explains on his official website.

It is an artist who is still young but already multifaceted who mixes for two hours at the Peacock Society festival in 2017, opening his set with a very funky slap bass then alternating house phases and more minimal techno tracks, taking us on a journey which parallels his own life journey.
