This is an update to the Camels and Friends situation. There are other anecdotal reports allegedly from people who have stayed with her pertaining to things like drug use and abuse that I haven't discussed here due to lack of confirmation.

While I do sympathize with someone who could possibly be overwhelmed in their situation, it's also clear that Ms. Oppenheimer presented herself as an authority on various animal behavior topics in addition to making false claims about exotic pets and collecting donations (both monetary and items from an Amazon wishlist including a Critter Nation cage for her mink which has disappeared). Her videos have been damaging for the exotic animal and wolfdog community.
Hopefully this video isn't taken down for 'bullying'.
