Frost Prime vs. Level 9999 Steel Path Showcase | Warframe Level Cap Builds

Hello Everyone,
Frost Prime is easily one of the best warframes for level cap if you have the right weapons and build. He is such a simple frame, meaning that even newer players can get their hands on him and perform well. Keep in mind that the run itself wasn't optimized (my helminth choice didn't help, and I chose the wrong incarnon evolution for my secondary).
