Today I'm sharing 2 cozy and delicious fall coffee recipes. Going to Starbucks is one of my favorite things to do but I also like to re-create the coffees that I like at home so I can enjoy it whenever I want and so that I can make it for my friends and family.

Recipes: 📝
Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Sauce:
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
7 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice if you don’t have that you can just simply use ground cloves, nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon instead
Dash of salt.

Combine the water and sugar, stir on low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Add the pumpkin, sweet condensed milk, salt and the pumpkin pie spice to the syrup mixture. Stir everything together, let it come to a low simmer then turn the heat off and let it cool down.

Frappuccino base:
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
1 tea spoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Put sugar and water in a saucepan and simmer on low heat until sugar completely dissolves. Turn off heat and let it cool down to room temperature.
Now blend together cooled down simple syrup, xanthan gum powder, and vanilla extract.

Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino:In a blender mix together
2 tablespoons pumpkin spice sauce
2 double shot espresso chilled
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup ice
3 tablespoons Frappuccino base syrup

Vanilla whipped cream
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Powdered sugar


Cinderella latte:
¾ cup milk
¼ cup heavy cream
½ cup white chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Double shots of espresso

Garnish with whipped cream and extra cinnamon
