Step to Insert Checkbox in Excel:
1️⃣ Enable the Developer Tab
Click File
Scroll down and click Options
In the Excel Options window, click Customize Ribbon
On the right side, tick the box for Developer
Click OK

2️⃣ Insert Your First Checkbox
Go to the Developer tab
Click Insert, then select the Checkbox (Form Control) under Form Controls
Click on the cell where you want the checkbox to appear

3️⃣ Resize the Checkbox Frame
Right-click the checkbox
Use the white circles to resize the box, so it stays inside the cell
This prevents accidental clicks and keeps your sheet clean

4️⃣ Copy the Checkbox to Other Rows
Click on the cell with the checkbox
Drag the bottom-right corner down to fill other rows with checkboxes

5️⃣ To Delete a Checkbox
Right-click the checkbox
Select Cut — and it's gone!
