Here's the second campaign of the first Resident Evil game, a Chris playthrough. It's a little different at points and notably more difficult than Jill's.
Chris doesn't have a lockpick, so he needs to collect one extra mansion key plus several small keys to unlock doors and desks the Master of Unlocking could just open anytime, which is doubly troublesome because Chris also has less inventory space, so it's much more likely that you have to backtrack to item boxes if you don't plan out your pickups properly.
Chris doesn't get a bazooka at all so both the handgun and shotgun see more use and lead to longer boss fights, making the magnum a much more desirable item in the late game.
Unlike Sandwich who has a Barry to shortcut to the shotgun and cut short the Plant 42 battle, outside of playing the piano and dealing with chemicals (which Jill can do herself) Chris' buddy Rebecca can only offer some extra healing at a couple of points in the game.
Chris also faces additional enemies and his initial forced route through the mansion takes longer, unless you use some trickery like I did. I happened to see this video    • Resident Evil 1 NEW CHEMICAL SKIP FOR BABY   form SephJul    / @sephjul   so I decided to put the skip to use to shorten the video runtime, as I already picked up the chemical in Jill's playthrough and the items are at the same locations for both characters.

It's just so typical that the Tyrant fights went so poorly on video when I find they're actually very easy. I've beaten Chris' playthrough about 3 or 4 times before this recording and I always managed to do the Tyrant fights quick and with no damage taken (and often with Jill as well, though there's no video evidence of that either). I think the problem is I get nervous when I'm finally almost done after several days of trying to get a half-decent recording and I don't think as clearly anymore.
Another problem here is also that the fights either go quickly and perfectly and the Tyrant doesn't get to do much OR it's chaos and panic on my part, so I actually haven't learned exactly HOW the Tyrant acts. Should probably get on learning it for the "Arrange mode" playthroughs where he has much more health and deals more damage.
