Hey everybody, welcome back to my channel. For those who don’t know me, my name is Eliana and I am a Registered Health and Nutrition Counsellor. Today I wanted to discuss my natural skincare routine that is easy, organic, non-toxic and VERY affordable. I have been on the hunt for truly clean and natural products for years. I have bought every kind of skincare product out there, spending so much money as I was fooled by the “green-washing”. Green washing is basically when the companies make the product sound clean and natural more than it really is.

It all changed when I went back to school for holistic nutrition. I realized that all the products I was using were not as good as I thought they were (or as I was told they were) and I was quite disappointed to say the least. Obviously, having a good skin starts with what you eat and your nutrition, but good and natural skincare products are also very important.

I am now VERY picky with what I use, as conventional skincare products are known to contain endocrine disrupting chemicals that will affect your hormones, fertility, and overall health.
