Full 60 minutes restorative yin yoga class with focus on spine mobility. The shape and position of the spine means that we will also work with hip and shoulders, stretching, opening up and release stress and tension.

The yoga poses in this class are done with long holds and supported, relaxing positions so that you can actually enjoy the deep stretch.

You will face feeling and tension trapped in your body. You will use your breath to loosen up. And eventually, you will finish this yoga class feeling refreshed and relaxed.
