City of Inverness Pipe Band competing in the Grade 3A bands final at the 2024 British Pipe Band Championships. These were held at Grant Park in Forres on Saturday 8th June 2024. The band, who were led by Pipe Major Scott Taylor and wearing Ancient Hunting Inverness tartan, placed equal 2nd in the 3A British finals for this performance.

The tune set listed for this competition was "Hugh Kennedy M.A.B.Sc", "Caberfeidh" and "Fiona MacLeod".

Hosted by a partnership between YBD Music Ltd and the Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association, the Championship involved over 100 bands and nearly 4,000 pipers & drummers from all over the UK.
