Group bonding games like this give the team the opportunity to practice asking closed questions. In this exercise the team members learn how to narrow information down from a wide scale to a more specific scale. 😄❓

Do you like this exercise? Let’s give these variations a try:

1.   In addition to famous people, you can also write things or not famous people they all know on the stickers. You have to make sure that everyone knows the meaning of the word or the identity of the person you wrote. Some examples are: The Statue of Liberty, Donald Duck, Michael Mut (the manager who they all know), or Michigan. 

2.   Instead of continuing the game until each person discovers the name on his forehead, you can stop the game after the first person has discovered the name on his forehead. Then, let everyone look at their stickers and start a new round. By doing this, you have more time to play multiple rounds and no one has to wait until the game is over to play again. Of course, if you play multiple rounds, make sure you have enough stickers with celebrities on them.
