Scallops Need to Be Room Temp
Cooked For 1:30 or 90 Seconds
1/2 Tsp Lemon Pepper, Salt, and Garlic Salt

Creamy Butter Sauce
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Pino Grigio / Chardonnay
Half Squeezed Lemon
5 Tbsp Cold Butter
2 Tsp Salt Lemon Pepper and Garlic Salt
