Temporary fix for Kenmore dishwasher model 665.12093K210. A small circular rubber, rubber washer, o ring, can work. Insert it into the gap between the the OD of the spindle to the ID of the grommet.

Over time the grommet shrinks, creating this gap, which becomes an exit for water during the wash cycle. This fix can help buy sometime until you can get the replacement grommet.
