that white van made its way on the sidewalk along Yonge Street as Minassian intentionally rammed through the sidewalk hoping to destroy anything or anyone in the way. Minassian moved from sidewalk to sidewalk, swerving sides and targeting pedestrians which was clearly part of his “Incel Rebellion” but we’ll get to what that is later. This was 1:20 – 1:29 p.m. on the business center, a time when everyone is out on their lunch breaks, so he picked a God-awful time to cause havoc on the streets on Canada. Finally, after 9 minutes, A cop car pursued the van till it eventually stopped and out came the driver; 25-year-old Alek Minassian. Seeing as he was caught on multiple cameras, he had 2 choices; either to surrender peacefully or fight.
