“EXODUS Of Wealth Creators” | Starmer Warns ‘Broadest Shoulders’ Will Bear ‘Heavier’ Tax Burden

In a speech delivered at the Downing Street rose garden, Sir Keir Starmer warned that the Government’s forthcoming Budget will be “painful” as he asked the country to “accept short-term pain for long-term good”.

“Those with the broadest shoulders should bear the heavier burden”, he added.

The Prime Minister also claimed his government has done more in seven weeks than the Conservative government did in seven years.
