Could he fill out his frame with enough muscle so he doesn’t look out of place on the stage?”
I’ve wondered this since I was 17 years old when started playing with weights as I am that exact height. I wanted to train and put on mass for 2 years and then shredd down for a bodybuilding show

I soon found out though it was going to take a lot longer to fill out my frame than I expected.

I eventually found my way into strongman, competing in 18 competitions over the span of 6 years. But then injury struck, forcing me out of the sport for an indefinite time.
While rehabbing I rediscovered my first love, bodybuilding.
Originally just wanting to lose a bit of body fat, turned after a few months into a decision to go all the way and compete in a full bodybuilding show, now that I had acquired all this muscle through years of strongman training and competing, it could be possible that I wouldn’t look out of place on stage.
It would also turn me into one of the very few Icelanders who has gone from strongman to bodybuilding and then possibly back.
