ORMEAU PARKRUN! Join me as I provide an in-depth review of the ORMEAU parkrun experience and the stunning park it is within! This is the ninth parkrun I have recorded of which you can find a playlist of them all on my channel!

I will be doing parkruns all over the UK and rest of the world! Every Saturday I take part in a 5K run trying my hardest to get under 20 mins. Ormeau parkrun is a Northern Irish parkrun in the centre of Belfast and is a great run to tick off the "O" on the alphabeteer challenge. It is a fairly hilly course so not great if you're trying to get a pb, however, all on bitmac paths so no need for trail shoes! Let me know if you have ever completed the course.
