Ingredients You’ll Need

🔸 For Beef Mince Marinade (500g)

2 cloves of garlic
1 thumb-sized ginger
Fresh coriander (handful)
1–2 green chillies
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp ghee
(Blend garlic, ginger, coriander, and chillies into a paste. Mix with spices and beef mince. Marinate for 30–60 mins.)

🔸 Rice Dish

1 cup Jasmine or Basmati rice (washed)
1 tbsp ghee
2 cloves of garlic
1 thumb-sized ginger
1 diced onion
1 beef stock cube
1.75 cups boiling water

🔸 Stir Fry

3 tbsp ghee
3–4 bunches green onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 red onion
2 green chillies
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
Fresh coriander
