Welcome to ‘Your Blueprint for Weight Loss and Exercise Success’ On Cloud Challenge!
The On Cloud Challenge is designed to inspire, motivate, and help you achieve your health goals while competing for an exciting prize: a pair of On Cloud shoes (valued at under $200). Participation is completely free, and all materials, including workouts and food plans, are available here and in the description section of my YouTube channel.

How to Participate
Subscribe to My YouTube Channel
To qualify, make your subscription public:
Go to YouTube Settings Privacy
Turn off “Keep all my subscriptions private.”
You can switch it back to private after verification.
Submit Your Videos:
Introduction Video (Due January 12): Share your story, struggles, and readiness to win.
Weekly Check-Ins: Share updates each week.
Final Video (Due February 9): Reflect on results, challenges, and future goals.

Don’t overthink it—let me do the heavy lifting for you! To support your journey, watch the video series "Your Blueprint for Weight Loss Success" for guidance. By January 12, all videos in the series "Your Blueprint to Exercise Success" will also be available. Together, these two plans form "Your Blueprint for Weight Loss and Exercise Success."

Participants will be evaluated on:
Engagement and Participation: Effort and consistency in videos.
Program Adherence: Following the food and workout plans.
Results: Weight lost or muscle gained.
Impact: Motivation and ability to inspire others.
Key Rules
Participation and materials are free.
Submit all 5 videos on time.
Be honest and transparent about your progress.
