Sometimes the trail is the only place that makes sense.
This was just a day hike on the Pacific Crest Trail… but when your mind feels heavy, even a short hike can feel like climbing Everest.

I call these stupid hikes for my stupid mental health — not because they’re actually stupid, but because I’ve learned to laugh through the hard stuff while doing something good for myself.

If you’ve been overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or just… not okay, this is your reminder:
You deserve to step away. You deserve the fresh air. You deserve to heal — however that looks for you.

I’m not saying hiking fixes everything. But it helps. And on days like this, that’s enough.
