On The Scene: Batangas First District Representative Leandro Leviste inspected the damaged Binambang Riverbank Protection Project in Balayan on Monday (August 25). Upon his inspection of the of the Department of Public Works and Highways project, Leviste found out that the sheet piles used were only 3.96 to 5.5 meters, contrary to the declared 15 meters in the project.
