Songwriter Damien Hosken, together with music producer Stacy Hogan, won the Love Songs category in the UK Songwriting Contest 2020 with their entry "Endlessly". The UKSC´s resident Oscar-nominated film composer, songwriter and contest judge Jamie Serafi described it well saying: "This contemporary country ballad shows an exceptionally well-crafted knowledge of the style & execution through its well-balanced structure of verses and chorus in combination with evolving textures to complement this as the ideas develop. The chord progressions, slide guitar and modern country harmonies sit right at home over the memorable melody lines, particularly the strong chorus hook". Rachel Mason said "Endlessly is the winner for me. Beautiful dynamic build in the chorus, gorgeous harmonies and heartfelt lyrics. I can imagine lots of newlyweds having this as the first dance at their wedding". Other UKSC judges comments included: "a perfect love song", "an all-round crowd-pleaser" and "instant universal appeal".
