500 g - suran
3 tb - oil
2 tb - dhaniya jeera powder
1-1/2 tb - red chilli powder
1 ts - turmeric
2 ts - sugar
1 ts - lemon
1 tb - chilli paste
1 ts - jeera
curry leaves
coriander
roasted peanut powder
salt
